Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Pegamotecan (PEG-camptothecin) in Advanced or Metastatic Soft Tissue Sarcoma

This study is testing a new chemotherapy drug called Pegamotecan to see if it can effectively treat advanced soft tissue sarcoma, a type of cancer that starts in muscle, fat, or blood vessels. Researchers want to learn if this drug is safe and if it helps shrink tumors when standard treatments aren't working.

This study is for adults with soft tissue sarcoma who are generally active and healthy enough to handle treatment. Participants must have tumors that can be measured on scans and stable blood and kidney function, while those with certain conditions like GIST, HIV, or who are pregnant are not eligible.

Participants will receive the study drug, Pegamotecan, and will be closely monitored by a medical team to track how the cancer responds and to watch for any side effects. You will need to undergo regular scans and blood tests to ensure your body is tolerating the treatment well.
