A Phase 1/2 Study of CNDO-109-Activated Allogeneic Natural Killer Cells in Patients With High Risk Acute Myeloid Leukemia in First Complete Remission (CR1)

You may be eligible if you have AML that is currently in remission, you are not planning to have a stem cell transplant, and your doctors believe your cancer has a high risk of coming back. You must also have achieved remission within the last 10 weeks.
Participants will receive a preparatory chemotherapy regimen followed by an infusion of specialized immune cells (Natural Killer cells) donated by a relative. Throughout the study, doctors will monitor your health closely to check the safety of these cell infusions.
