Neoadjuvant Radiosurgery for Resectable Brain Metastases: Phase I/II Study
This study is testing a special plan to treat cancer that has spread to the brain. Researchers want to see if giving targeted radiation before surgery can help stop the tumor from coming back while keeping side effects low.
You might be able to join if you have 1 to 4 areas of cancer in the brain that can be safely treated with radiation and surgery. You also need to be well enough to care for yourself and perform normal daily activities.
You will receive precise radiation therapy focused directly on the brain tumor, followed by surgery to remove it. You will also answer some questionnaires about your overall well-being and daily functioning during the study.
