A Phase I Study of a Personalized NeoAntigen Cancer Vaccine With Radiotherapy Plus Pembrolizumab/MK-3475 Among Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma Patients

This study is testing a custom-made cancer vaccine designed to help your immune system identify and attack your specific glioblastoma cells. By combining this personalized vaccine with radiation and immune-boosting medications, researchers hope to stop the cancer from returning.

This study is for people recently diagnosed with specific types of aggressive brain tumors, such as glioblastoma. You must have had surgery to remove the tumor and have enough tissue available for researchers to create your personalized vaccine.

Participants will receive a series of treatments including a custom vaccine, radiation, and immune-supporting medications like pembrolizumab. Researchers will closely monitor you to see how your body responds to the treatment and to ensure it is safe.

The study is currently active but not enrolling new participants and is located in Boston, Massachusetts. Even if you cannot join, these studies are important steps in learning how to better treat brain tumors.
