A Two-part Phase I, Open Label, Dose Escalation Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics of Pyrotinib in Patients With HER2-positive Solid Tumors Whose Disease Progressed on Prior HER2 Targeted Therapy

This study is testing a new medication called pyrotinib to see if it is safe and effective for people with certain cancers that have tested positive for the HER2 protein. It aims to help patients whose cancer continued to grow even after trying other standard targeted treatments.

You may be eligible if you are 18 or older, active in your daily life, and have a solid tumor (such as breast, stomach, or lung cancer) that is HER2-positive. You must have already tried other targeted therapies that are no longer working for your condition.

Participants will take the study drug, which is a pill, while doctors closely monitor their health to see how well they tolerate the medication. The researchers will track if the tumor size changes and how the body reacts to the treatment over time.
