A Study Using Molecular Guided Therapy With Induction Chemotherapy Followed by a Randomized Controlled Trial of Standard Immunotherapy With or Without DFMO Followed by DFMO Maintenance for Newly Diagnosed High-Risk Neuroblastoma

This study is testing new ways to treat newly diagnosed high-risk neuroblastoma, a type of cancer that starts in early nerve cells. Doctors want to see if adding targeted medicines and a drug called DFMO to standard treatment can help beat the cancer and keep it from returning.

This study is mainly for young patients with newly diagnosed high-risk neuroblastoma. Certain infants and patients with less aggressive tumor features, as well as those with other serious medical conditions or currently taking other experimental drugs, cannot join.

Participants will receive a combination of standard treatments along with carefully chosen targeted cancer drugs and DFMO. Doctors will closely monitor their health and side effects throughout the treatment process.
