A Phase 1 Open-label Dose Escalation Study of CGX1321 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors With Expansion in Advanced Gastrointestinal Tumors and Phase 1b Study of CGX1321 in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Subjects With Advanced Colorectal Cancer or in Combination With Encorafenib + Cetuximab in Subjects With BRAFV600E Mutated Advanced Colorectal Cancer

This study is testing an experimental drug called CGX1321, either alone or combined with other therapies, to see how well it treats advanced solid tumors, specifically those in the digestive system. The goal is to find safe and effective ways to stop cancer cells from growing by blocking the pathways they use to survive.

Adults aged 18 and older with advanced solid or digestive system tumors may be eligible. Participants need to have measurable tumors on imaging tests, generally good health, and blood work that meets specific safety standards.

Participants will receive the study medication and be closely monitored by a medical team to track safety and how the body reacts to the treatment. This involves regular check-ups, imaging scans, and blood tests to see if the cancer is responding to the therapy.
