Targeted Agent and Profiling Utilization Registry (TAPUR) Study

The TAPUR study is a clinical trial that matches patients with advanced cancer to specific, targeted medications based on the unique genetic makeup of their tumor. Its goal is to see if using these precision treatments in real-world settings can effectively help patients whose standard cancer therapies have stopped working.

This study is open to people age 12 and older who have advanced cancer that has been confirmed through lab testing. You must have a good level of physical function and your cancer must be measurable by scans or physical exams.

You will undergo genomic testing to identify the specific genetic markers in your cancer. Based on these results, your doctor will select a targeted medication designed to attack those specific cancer traits, and you will be monitored closely to see how your body responds.
