This study is testing two medications, palbociclib and pembrolizumab, to see if they can help treat cancer that has spread to the brain. Researchers want to find out if these drugs can slow down or stop the growth of brain tumors that have returned after previous treatments.
You may be eligible if you have breast cancer that has formed a solid tumor in the brain that is currently growing. You must have at least one measurable tumor and meet specific health criteria regarding your previous treatments.
Participants will be placed into one of two groups to receive either palbociclib alone or a combination of both study drugs. The medical team will regularly monitor your health and scan your brain tumors to see how well the treatment is working.
