A Phase II Study of Lorlatinib (PF-06463922) in Advanced Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) and ROS Proto-Oncogene 1 (ROS1) Rearranged Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Central Nervous System (CNS) Metastasis in the Absence of Measurable Extracranial Lesions
This study is testing a targeted cancer medicine called lorlatinib for people with advanced lung cancer. It focuses especially on patients whose cancer has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
You might be eligible if you have advanced stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer with specific ALK or ROS1 gene changes that has spread to the brain or central nervous system. Participants must not have taken lorlatinib before and should not have measurable tumors outside of the brain.
Participants will take the study drug lorlatinib and have regular check-ups to monitor how well the treatment is working on their brain tumors and overall health. Your care team will closely watch you for any side effects and track your progress.
