A Phase 1/2, Open-Label, Multi-Center, First-in-Human Study of the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Anti-Tumor Activity of TPX-0005 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring ALK, ROS1, or NTRK1-3 Rearrangements (TRIDENT-1)
This study is testing a new medication called repotrectinib to see if it can effectively treat advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic changes. The goal is to find the right dose and see how well the treatment helps shrink tumors and improve patient outcomes.
This study is for adults with advanced cancer (including Stage IV) that has tested positive for specific gene changes known as ALK, ROS1, or NTRK1-3. You must be able to perform daily activities and swallow capsules whole to be eligible.
Participants will take a targeted therapy medication by mouth to help block proteins that allow cancer cells to grow. Doctors will closely monitor your safety and how your tumor responds to the treatment through regular medical scans.
