Ulixertinib (BVD-523) in Combination With Palbociclib in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors With Expansion Cohort in Previously Treated Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer and Metastatic RAS-mutant and NF1-mutant (no BRAFV600 Mutations) Melanoma

This study is testing a new combination of two medicines to see if they can effectively stop cancer cells from growing. It focuses on helping patients with advanced pancreatic cancer or specific types of melanoma that have not responded well to previous treatments.

This study is open to adults 18 and older with advanced pancreatic cancer or specific types of melanoma that have spread. You must be able to manage your daily activities and must have already tried at least one other treatment for your cancer.

Participants will take a combination of two oral medications while doctors monitor their health closely to find the safest and most effective dose. You will need to avoid certain foods like grapefruit that might interact with the study drugs during your treatment.

The study is currently recruiting patients and is located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Because it is a Phase 1 study, the main goal is to determine the best dose and ensure the treatment is safe for patients.
