Phase 1/2 Dose Escalation and Cohort Expansion Study Evaluating MCLA-158 (Petosemtamab) as Single Agent or in Combination in Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug called Petosemtamab to see how well it works against various advanced solid tumors. Researchers want to learn if this drug, either on its own or paired with other standard cancer therapies, can safely and effectively help treat patients whose cancer has spread.

This trial is for adults with advanced cancers, such as those of the colon, rectum, esophagus, or head and neck, that have not responded to standard treatments. You must be active enough to perform daily tasks and be able to provide a small tissue sample of your tumor.

Participants will receive the experimental drug Petosemtamab, either alone or in combination with other treatments like chemotherapy or immunotherapy. You will be closely monitored by a medical team through regular check-ups, imaging scans, and blood tests to track how your body responds to the treatment.

The study is currently recruiting patients at several medical centers in California, including locations in La Jolla, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Being an active study, it is currently accepting new participants who meet the eligibility requirements.
