Phase 2 Study of Zanubrutinib, Obinutuzumab, and Venetoclax in Previously Untreated Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) and Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)
This study is testing a combination of three different medicines to treat Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL). The goal is to see if this treatment can clear the cancer to a point where no signs of disease can be found in the body.
You may be eligible if you are 18 or older, have been diagnosed with CLL or SLL, and have not received treatment for these conditions before. You must also be in generally stable health and willing to attend all scheduled study visits.
Participants will receive a combination of three targeted therapies designed to block cancer cell growth and help your immune system fight the disease. Throughout the study, you will have regular check-ups with the medical team to monitor your progress and ensure your safety.
