This study is testing a new way to treat recurrent high-grade glioma, an aggressive type of brain tumor, using a modified common cold virus. The goal is to see if this virus, carried by stem cells, can specifically target and destroy cancer cells while keeping you safe.
This trial is for adults 18 or older who have a recurring brain tumor that has returned after previous treatments. You must meet specific health criteria, including having an MRI that shows the tumor is a certain size and having healthy enough blood vessels in your brain to receive the treatment safely.
You will receive the modified virus treatment through an artery that leads to the brain, and you may undergo surgery to help remove as much of the tumor as possible. Throughout the study, you will have regular clinic visits and tests so that doctors can monitor your health and see how your body responds to the treatment.
