This study is testing new ways to treat advanced breast cancer in people who have an inherited BRCA gene mutation. It explores whether combining different medications can help stop cancer cells from repairing themselves and growing.
You may be eligible if you are a woman over 18 with HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread, and you carry a BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation. You must also be in good general health with normal organ function and be willing to provide tumor samples.
Participants will receive a combination of medications designed to block the cancer's ability to survive. You will need to provide a tissue sample (biopsy) and have regular check-ups to monitor your health and how your cancer responds to the treatment.
The study is currently recruiting new participants and is located in Houston, Texas.
