An Open-Label, Multicenter, First-in-Human, Dose-Escalation, Multicohort, Phase 1/2 Study of INBRX-106 and INBRX-106 in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

This study is testing an experimental drug called INBRX-106, which is designed to boost your immune system to help it recognize and fight cancer cells. Researchers are looking to see if this drug is safe and effective, both on its own and when given with a common immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab.

This study is for adults 18 or older with specific types of advanced solid tumors, such as lung, skin, head and neck, stomach, kidney, or bladder cancer. Participants typically must have seen their cancer continue to grow despite standard treatments, or have no other standard treatment options available.

You will receive the study medication, either alone or in combination with other treatments, while doctors monitor you very closely to check your safety and how your cancer responds. Because this is a dose-escalation study, the team will carefully increase the amount of the drug given to different groups of participants to find the safest and most effective dose.
