A Phase Ib/II, Open-Label, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Glumetinib (SCC244), a Selective MET Inhibitor in Patients With Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Harboring MET-alterations
This study is testing a new medication called Glumetinib to see if it can safely and effectively treat a specific type of advanced lung cancer. It focuses on patients whose cancer has a specific genetic change called a MET-alteration that helps the cancer grow.
You may be eligible if you are 18 or older with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a METex14 mutation. You must have already tried another MET-blocking treatment, and you must not have certain heart conditions or unstable cancer spread to the brain.
Participants will receive Glumetinib, a targeted therapy designed to block the proteins that help cancer cells survive. You will be closely monitored by a medical team to track your health, safety, and how well the treatment is working against your cancer.
The study is currently recruiting volunteers at locations in Louisville, Kentucky, and Hefei, China. You can talk to your doctor to see if one of these centers is a good fit for you.
