A Phase 1, Multicenter, Open-label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Immunogenicity, and Preliminary Evidence of Antitumor Activity of ZZ06 in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor Malignancies

This study is testing a new experimental medicine called ZZ06 for patients with advanced cancer that has a specific protein called EGFR. Researchers want to see if this new treatment is safe and if it can help slow down or shrink tumors when standard treatments are no longer working.

This trial is for adults 18 or older who have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. You must have a confirmed EGFR-positive status and be physically active enough to carry out daily tasks.

You will receive the experimental medicine ZZ06 while doctors closely monitor your health and how your body reacts to the drug. This includes regular scans to measure your tumors and frequent check-ups to ensure the treatment is safe and tolerable for you.

The study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Los Angeles, California; Fairway, Kansas; and The Bronx, New York. Because this is a clinical trial, you should speak with your cancer care team to see if one of these locations is a good fit for you.
