A Phase 1/2 Study of REGN7075 (EGFRxCD28 Costimulatory Bispecific Antibody) in Combination With Cemiplimab in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug called marlotamig, either alone or paired with other treatments, to see how well it helps the immune system fight advanced solid tumors. Researchers want to find the safest, most effective dose to help shrink tumors and improve care for patients whose cancer has spread or is hard to treat.

This study is for adults with a confirmed diagnosis of advanced solid tumors. To be eligible, you must be physically active enough for daily tasks, have at least one measurable tumor site, and not have received specific types of prior immunotherapy or recent cancer treatments.

Participants will receive the study medication and be closely monitored by a medical team to track how the drugs work in the body and identify any potential side effects. You will need to undergo regular check-ups, imaging tests to track tumor size, and provide a small tumor tissue sample for analysis.

This study is currently recruiting patients at various locations, including facilities in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California. Because this is a research trial, your doctor will talk with you about the specific time commitment and schedule required for your participation.
