A Phase I/IIa, Open-label, Multi-center Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Preliminary Efficacy of the ATR Kinase Inhibitor ART0380 Administered Orally as Monotherapy and in Combination to Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

This study is testing an experimental drug called ART0380 to see how well it works against solid tumor cancers that have spread. The goal is to see if this drug, alone or with standard chemotherapy, can stop cancer cells from repairing their own DNA, which may help slow or stop tumor growth.

This trial is for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including certain types of ovarian, uterine, pancreatic, or colorectal cancers. To join, you must be in good general health with stable organ function and must have already tried certain standard treatments if they were appropriate for your type of cancer.

Participants will take the ART0380 medication orally, either by itself or alongside standard chemotherapy drugs. Throughout the study, doctors will closely monitor you to determine the safest dose and check for side effects, while using regular scans to see how your tumor responds to the treatment.
