This trial is looking for adults with certain solid tumors or mesothelioma that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. You may be eligible if your liver, kidneys, and bone marrow are healthy, and your cancer can be clearly seen on medical scans.
Participants will receive the study drug daily, either alone or in combination with other approved cancer therapies. You will be closely monitored by a medical team to track your health and see how your body responds to the treatment.
