A Phase Ia/Ib, Open Label, Multi-center, Non-randomized Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion Study of RSC-1255 Alone or in Combination With Hydroxychloroquine in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor Malignancies

This study is testing a new experimental drug called RSC-1255 to see if it can safely help treat patients with advanced solid tumor cancers. It is meant for people who have already tried standard treatments without success or who cannot tolerate those treatments due to side effects.

You may be eligible if you have advanced-stage cancer—specifically lung, colon, pancreatic, or certain brain cancers—that has continued to grow or spread after standard treatment. Participants must have measurable tumors and be in a general state of health that allows them to take an experimental medication.

In this study, doctors will give you the new drug to find the safest and most effective dose. You will be closely monitored by a medical team to see how your body reacts to the treatment and to check if it helps control your cancer.
