Phase III Randomized, Open-Label, Multicenter Study Evaluating Efficacy and Safety of Mosunetuzumab in Combination With Lenalidomide in Comparison to Rituximab in Combination With Lenalidomide With a Non-Randomized Single Arm US Extension of Mosunetuzumab in Combination With Lenalidomide in Patients With Follicular Lymphoma After at Least One Line of Systemic Therapy

This study is testing a newer immunotherapy combination of mosunetuzumab and lenalidomide against a standard treatment of rituximab and lenalidomide. Researchers want to see if this new combination works better and is safer for treating follicular lymphoma, a type of blood cancer.

You might be eligible if you have been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (grades 1 through 3a) that has returned or did not respond to at least one prior whole-body treatment. Participants also need to be able to perform daily activities and provide a tissue sample for confirmation.

Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug combination or the standard treatment option. Your health and safety will be closely monitored by the study team throughout your visits.

This study takes place at multiple medical centers, including locations in California, Georgia, and Indiana. The study is currently active and ongoing, though it is not actively looking for new participants at this moment.
