A Phase 1b Safety and Pharmacodynamic Study of MER Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor, MRX-2843, in Combination With Osimertinib in Advanced EGFR Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
This study is testing a new combination of two drugs to see if they can better stop the growth of advanced lung cancer. It aims to find the right dose of a new medicine called MRX-2843 when taken alongside the standard treatment, osimertinib, to help patients with a specific genetic mutation.
You may be eligible if you have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a specific EGFR genetic change and are healthy enough to carry out daily activities. You must also have at least one measurable tumor on a scan and be able to swallow pills.
Participants will take the combination of MRX-2843 and osimertinib while doctors closely monitor their safety and the effects of the treatment. You will have regular check-ups and scans to see how your body and your cancer respond to the medications.
The study is currently recruiting new participants and is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
