Phase 1/1b Study of the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Preliminary Clinical Activity of Lunresertib Alone or in Combination With RP-3500 or Debio 0123 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing new experimental drugs to see if they can effectively fight advanced solid tumor cancers that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to find safe doses and see if these medications can help stop cancer cells from growing or repairing themselves.

This trial is open to people aged 12 and older who have advanced solid tumors that have spread or returned. You must be able to perform daily activities on your own and have a recent tumor tissue sample available for the study team to examine.

Participants will receive one of the experimental drugs, either alone or in combination with another treatment, while doctors closely monitor their health and side effects. You will undergo regular check-ups and testing to see how your body and your cancer respond to the treatment.

The study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California, as well as New Haven, Connecticut. Being an early-phase trial, it focuses on patient safety while gathering initial information on how these new treatments work.
