A Phase 1/2, Open-label, Multicenter Study to Investigate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Efficacy of Fadraciclib (CYC065), an Oral CDK 2/9 Inhibitor, in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors and Lymphoma

This study is testing a new oral medication called fadraciclib to see if it can slow or stop the growth of advanced solid tumors and lymphoma. It is designed for patients who have already tried standard treatments without success or for whom those treatments are not an option.

This trial is open to adults 18 and older who are active and able to swallow pills. You may be eligible if your cancer has progressed after standard treatments and your digestive system is healthy enough to absorb the medication.

Participants will take the study drug by mouth twice a day. Doctors will closely monitor your safety, how the drug moves through your body, and whether the treatment is effectively shrinking the cancer.

The study is taking place at research centers in Duarte, California; Houston, Texas; and Seoul, South Korea. The current status of this trial is unknown, so please contact a local study site to confirm if they are currently enrolling new patients.
