A Combination Therapy Trial Using an Adaptive Platform Design for Children and Young Adults With Diffuse Midline Gliomas (DMGs) Including Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Gliomas (DIPGs) at Initial Diagnosis, Post-Radiation Therapy and at Time of Progression

This study is testing a new way to treat aggressive brain and spinal cord tumors called diffuse midline gliomas. By combining a core medicine called ONC201 with other targeted therapies, researchers hope to find more effective ways to slow down or stop these tumors from growing.

This trial is for children and young adults recently diagnosed with these specific tumors, as well as those whose cancer has returned after previous treatments. Eligibility depends on the exact type of tumor, your prior treatments, and recent medical scans.

Participants will receive the main study drug, ONC201, along with other specialized treatments that may include targeted medications or viral therapies. Throughout the study, doctors will closely monitor your health and how your tumor responds to these new combinations.
