A Phase 1 Open-Label, Dose-Escalation and Dose-Expansion Study to Investigate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Anti-Tumor Activity of IACS-6274 as Monotherapy and in Combination in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug called IACS-6274 to see how safely and effectively it works against advanced solid tumors. The goal is to find the best dose to use, either by itself or in combination with other established cancer treatments.

This trial is for adults (18+) with specific types of advanced solid tumors, such as certain ovarian, head and neck, or skin cancers. Participants must meet specific criteria, such as having certain genetic markers in their tumor or having already tried other treatments.

Participants will receive the study drug, sometimes alongside other treatments like chemotherapy or targeted therapy. Researchers will monitor you very closely to track how your body responds to the treatment and to ensure your safety.

The study is currently recruiting patients and is located in Houston, Texas. Because this is a clinical trial, your medical team will provide detailed information on the frequency of visits and specific procedures involved.
