A Phase 1a, Dose Escalation, Safety and Tolerability Study of NX-1607, a Casitas B-lineage Lymphoma Proto-oncogene (CBL-B) Inhibitor, in Adults With Advanced Malignancies, With Phase 1b Expansion in Select Tumor Types

This study is testing a new experimental drug called NX-1607 to see how safe it is and how well it works against several types of advanced cancer. Researchers want to see if this drug can help your immune system fight cancer cells more effectively.

This study is for adults over 18 who have specific types of advanced cancer that have not responded well to standard treatments. You must be generally active and able to perform daily tasks, and you must have measurable cancer on your medical scans.

You will receive the study drug NX-1607, and in some cases, the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel, while doctors closely monitor your health and how your cancer responds. You will have regular check-ups, blood tests, and scans to ensure the treatment is safe for you.

This study is currently recruiting participants at multiple locations in California, including Duarte, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
