A Multicenter, Open-label, Phase IIb Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Sutetinib Maleate Capsule in Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC (Non-resistant Uncommon EGFR Mutations Only, Including L861Q, G719X, and/or S768I)
This study is testing a new oral medication called Sutetinib Maleate for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer. It aims to see if this drug is a safe and effective way to help stop or slow down the growth of tumors that have certain genetic changes.
You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old and have advanced lung cancer with specific genetic markers known as L861Q, G719X, or S768I. You must be generally active and have received no more than one prior round of chemotherapy.
Participants will take the study medication as a daily capsule. Your doctors will regularly monitor your health and use imaging tests to see how the tumor is responding to the treatment.
This study is currently recruiting volunteers at locations in Glendale, CA; Athens, GA; and Louisville, KY. Please speak with your doctor to see if one of these centers is right for you.
