A Phase I-III, Multicenter Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Multiple Therapies in Cohorts of Patients Selected According to Biomarker Status, With Locally Advanced, Unresectable, Stage III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is testing new, targeted treatments for patients with Stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. By looking at specific genetic markers in your cancer, researchers hope to find more effective and personalized ways to treat this stage of the disease.

This study is for people recently diagnosed with Stage III non-small cell lung cancer who have specific genetic markers (like ALK or ROS1) and have already received chemotherapy. You must be at least 30kg in weight and in generally good physical health to qualify.

Participants will receive specialized drug therapies tailored to their specific cancer markers alongside their standard care. You will also use an electronic device to report how you are feeling throughout the study to help the researchers track your progress and safety.

The study is taking place at medical centers in Tigard, Oregon; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Melbourne, Australia. The study is currently active, but it is no longer recruiting new patients.
