A Study of LOXO-783 Administered as Monotherapy and in Combination With Anticancer Therapies for Patients With Advanced Breast Cancer and Other Solid Tumors With a PIK3CA H1047R Mutation

This study is testing a new drug called LOXO-783 to see if it safely and effectively treats breast cancer and other solid tumors. The researchers are looking for cancers that have a specific genetic change known as a PIK3CA mutation, which helps the cancer grow.

This trial is for people with advanced breast cancer or solid tumors who have the PIK3CA mutation and have finished previous treatments. You must be healthy enough to perform daily activities and have organ function that meets specific study criteria.

You will receive either the new drug alone or in combination with other standard cancer treatments, depending on the study group you join. Participation involves regular check-ups and monitoring, and it could last for three years or longer if your cancer stays stable.
