A PHASE 1, OPEN-LABEL, DOSE ESCALATION AND DOSE EXPANSION STUDY TO EVALUATE THE SAFETY, TOLERABILITY, PHARMACOKINETICS, AND ANTI TUMOR ACTIVITY OF PF-07799933 (ARRY-440) AS A SINGLE AGENT AND IN COMBINATION THERAPY IN PARTICIPANTS 16 YEARS AND OLDER WITH ADVANCED SOLID TUMORS WITH BRAF ALTERATIONS

This study is testing a new medication called PF-07799933 to see if it can safely and effectively treat advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called a 'BRAF' alteration. It is designed for patients whose cancer has not responded to other available treatments.

This trial is for individuals aged 16 and older who have advanced cancer, such as melanoma, lung, thyroid, or colorectal cancer, that carries a BRAF genetic mutation. Participants must have already tried other standard treatments that are no longer working for them.

You will take the study drug as a daily tablet, and in some cases, you may also receive additional medications through a pill or an IV drip at the clinic. The medical team will monitor you closely with regular check-ups over the course of about two years to track your progress and safety.
