A Multicenter Open-Label Study of RMC-6236 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring Specific Mutations in RAS

This study is testing a new, experimental pill called RMC-6236 to see if it can safely slow or stop the growth of certain advanced cancers. It specifically focuses on cancers that have a common genetic change known as a RAS mutation, which helps doctors target the disease more effectively.

You may be eligible if you have an advanced form of lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer that has been confirmed to have a RAS genetic mutation. Participants must be well enough to handle their daily activities and have healthy liver, kidney, and bone marrow function.

Participants will take the experimental medication and undergo regular check-ups to monitor how the body responds to the treatment. The medical team will track your health closely to ensure the drug is safe and to see if it helps manage your cancer.
