This study is for adults with advanced or spreading solid tumors that have the KRAS G12D mutation and have already tried standard therapies. You must be able to provide tumor samples and have measurable tumors that doctors can track during the study.
You will receive the study medication through an IV infusion in cycles lasting 21 or 28 days. Doctors will monitor you closely to check for safety and see how your cancer responds, and you can continue treatment as long as it is working and you are feeling well enough.
The study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Duarte and Santa Monica, California, as well as in Denver, Colorado.
