A Surgical "Window-of-Opportunity" and Phase II Trial of Pembrolizumab, Olaparib and Temozolomide in Recurrent Glioblastoma

This study is testing a combination of three different medicines to treat recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor that has come back after earlier treatment. The goal is to see if using these drugs together can help the immune system fight the cancer and stop the tumor from repairing itself.

This study is for adults 18 or older who are living with recurrent glioblastoma and are generally healthy enough to handle daily activities on their own. You must be able to follow a medication schedule and have not received other experimental cancer treatments within the past four weeks.

Participants will receive a combination of three treatments: an immunotherapy drug, a targeted therapy to block cancer repair, and standard chemotherapy. You will need to take these medications as directed, keep a daily record of your doses, and attend regular study appointments to monitor your progress.
