A Phase Ib/II, Open-Label, Multi-Center Study of EMB-01 in Combination With Osimertinib in Patients With Advanced/Metastatic EGFR Mutant Lung Cancer

This study is testing a new experimental medicine called EMB-01 when used alongside a standard lung cancer drug called osimertinib. Researchers want to see if this combination works better than current treatments at stopping the growth of lung cancer that has spread in patients with a specific gene change.

You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old and have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation that has continued to grow despite standard treatment. You must also be in good enough health to participate and willing to share blood samples for research.

Participants will receive both the experimental medicine and the standard drug, and doctors will closely monitor how your body reacts to the treatment. You will need to attend regular clinic visits for check-ups and medical imaging to see how the cancer is responding.
