A Phase 2, Open-Label, Parallel Cohort Study of Subcutaneous Amivantamab in Multiple Regimens in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors Including EGFR-mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is testing a new way to give a medicine called amivantamab as a simple injection under the skin instead of through an IV. The goal is to see how well this method works, alone or with other cancer treatments, to fight advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

This study is for adults with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread and has specific genetic changes called EGFR mutations. You must have measurable tumors and be in good enough health for your organs to handle the treatment.

You will receive the study medication as a subcutaneous injection, which is a shot given just under the skin. You will have regular check-ups, scans, and blood tests to monitor how your body is responding to the treatment and to keep you safe.

This study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in La Jolla, Orange, and Stanford, California. Please check with your doctor to see if these locations are convenient for your travel needs.
