This trial is open to patients aged 10 and older who have been diagnosed with solid tumors or brain/spinal cord tumors containing a specific BRAF gene mutation. You must have a stored tumor sample available for testing and be willing to undergo regular medical imaging scans.
Participants will receive the study medication, plixorafenib, which works by targeting proteins that fuel cancer cell growth. Throughout the study, you will have regular check-ups and medical imaging scans to help doctors see how your body and tumor are responding to the treatment.
