A Phase I/IIa, Open-label, Dose-escalation and Expansion Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic and Preliminary Anti-tumor Activity of H002 in Patients With Active EGFR Mutation Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC

This study is testing a new experimental pill called H002 for people with a specific type of lung cancer. Researchers want to see if this medication is safe and effective for patients whose cancer has continued to grow after being treated with standard therapies.

You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old and have advanced lung cancer with a specific genetic change called an EGFR C797S mutation. You must have already tried other targeted therapies, like osimertinib, that are no longer working for you.

You will take the H002 medication orally as part of a research study designed to find the right dose and observe how your body responds. The study is divided into two parts, starting with a smaller group to check safety before expanding to see how well the drug fights the tumor.
