Phase II Study of Pirtobrutinib With Venetoclax In Relapsed-Refractory MCL (Mantle Cell Lymphoma) Patients

This study is testing a new combination of two medicines, pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, for patients with Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL). Researchers want to see if using these two drugs together can better control or shrink cancer that has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments.

You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old, have a confirmed diagnosis of MCL that has returned after previous treatment, and are able to swallow pills. You must not have taken venetoclax before or have certain conditions like a bleeding disorder or cancer that has spread to the brain.

Participants will take the study medicines as pills and follow a set schedule of check-ups to monitor how the cancer is responding and to ensure safety. You will need to commit to following the study rules and procedures throughout the duration of the trial.

This study is currently recruiting new participants and is located in Houston, Texas. You will need to be able to visit this location for your study-related appointments.
