A PHASE 1A/B OPEN-LABEL MASTER STUDY OF PF-07799544 AS A SINGLE-AGENT AND IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER TARGETED AGENTS IN PARTICIPANTS WITH BRAF-MUTANT MELANOMA AND OTHER SOLID TUMORS
This study is testing two new, experimental medicines to see how well they work together to treat advanced solid tumors. The goal is to find a safer and more effective way to fight cancers that have a specific genetic change known as the BRAF V600 mutation.
You may be eligible if you have an advanced or spreading solid tumor (excluding colorectal cancer) that has the BRAF V600 gene mutation. You must also have already received prior treatments for your cancer and have healthy organ function.
Participants will take both study medicines as tablets at home twice a day. You will be closely monitored by the study team to see how you respond to the treatment and to ensure your safety.
This study is currently recruiting participants in Birmingham, Alabama. You would continue treatment for as long as it helps your cancer, up to two years or potentially longer if your doctor agrees.
