A Phase 2 Multicenter, Open-Label, Parallel Cohort Expansion Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetic Profile of ABN401 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring c-Mesenchymal-epithelial Transition Factor (c-MET) Dysregulation

This study is testing a new medication called vabametkib to see how well it works to treat certain types of advanced lung cancer. It focuses on cancers with a specific genetic change, known as c-MET dysregulation, which helps the tumor grow.

This trial is for adults 18 and older with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have a specific genetic marker called MET exon 14 skipping. Participants should be able to perform light physical tasks and must not have received prior chemotherapy for their advanced cancer.

If you join, you will receive the study medication to help control your cancer. Researchers will monitor your health closely through regular check-ups, lab tests, and imaging scans to track how your body responds to the treatment.

The study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Lake City and Orange City, Florida, as well as in Detroit, Michigan. It is an active trial seeking participants to help advance this research.
