Molecular Analysis for Combination Therapy Choice (ComboMATCH)

The ComboMATCH study uses genetic testing to find specific mutations, or changes, in your tumor's DNA. By identifying these mutations, doctors can match you with targeted treatments designed to attack your cancer more effectively than standard therapies.

This study is for adults with solid tumors that have spread to other parts of the body or returned after previous treatments. You must be well enough to perform daily activities and have genetic test results from an approved laboratory.

You will undergo a series of tests, including biopsies and imaging scans, to help doctors study your tumor's unique genetic profile. If a match is found, you will receive a specific medication designed to target your cancer's genetic changes while doctors closely monitor your health.

This study is currently recruiting patients at various locations across the United States, including sites in Alabama and Alaska. It is a Phase 2 trial, meaning researchers are actively evaluating how well these targeted combinations work to control cancer.
