A Phase 1/2, Open Label, First-in-human, Dose Escalation and Expansion Study for the Evaluation of Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Anti-tumor Activity of SAR445877 Administered as Monotherapy or in Combination With Other Anticancer Therapies in Adults With Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug, SAR445877, to see how well it works to treat advanced solid tumors. Researchers want to determine the safest and most effective dose, both on its own and when combined with other common cancer therapies.

This trial is for adults with advanced solid tumors, such as lung, skin, or colorectal cancer, that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. Participants must be generally active enough to manage daily tasks and have specific health conditions that allow them to safely receive this new treatment.

You will be closely monitored by a team of doctors as you receive the study drug. Depending on the trial group, you may receive the drug alone or in combination with other treatments, with regular check-ups to see how your body and your cancer respond.

This study is currently recruiting volunteers in Newark, Delaware; Iowa City, Iowa; and Westwood, Kansas. Since it is a multi-part study, researchers are actively looking for participants to help gather this important safety and effectiveness data.
