FORAGER-1: A Phase 1, Open-Label, Multicenter Study of LOXO-435 (LY3866288) in Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors Including Urothelial Cancer With FGFR3 Alterations

This study is testing an experimental medicine called LOXO-435 to see how safely and effectively it can treat certain solid tumors, specifically those with a genetic change called FGFR3. Researchers hope to learn if this new drug, either alone or paired with standard cancer therapies, can better help patients with advanced or spreading cancers of the urinary system.

This trial is for adults with advanced solid tumors or urothelial cancer (cancer of the urinary tract lining) that have a specific FGFR3 gene alteration. You must be physically stable, without certain active conditions like untreated brain tumors, serious heart issues, or significant eye problems to qualify.

Participants will receive the study medication and be closely monitored by a medical team to track their health and any potential side effects. The study lasts up to 30 months, but you may be able to continue treatment for longer if the medicine is helping your cancer and you are doing well.
