A Randomized Phase II Study of INC280 (Capmatinib) Plus Osimertinib With or Without Ramucirumab in Participants With EGFR-Mutant, MET-Amplified Stage IV or Recurrent Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (Lung-MAP Sub-Study)
This study is testing new combinations of targeted drugs for people with advanced lung cancer that has specific genetic changes (EGFR and MET). By combining these medicines, researchers hope to better block the signals that help cancer cells grow and spread.
You may be eligible if you have non-small cell lung cancer that has progressed despite treatment with osimertinib and has been confirmed to have a 'MET amplification' genetic change. You must also meet general health criteria for the Lung-MAP research program.
You will receive targeted therapy medications designed to fight your cancer and will undergo regular monitoring, such as CT or MRI scans, to see how your body responds. The team will also collect blood or tissue samples to study your tumor’s genetic profile throughout the process.
The study is currently recruiting participants in several locations across Alabama, including Daphne, Fairhope, and Mobile. You should work with your oncology team to see if these sites are convenient for your care plan.
