An Open-Label Phase 1/2A Study of GV20-0251 Monotherapy and GV20-0251 in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Participants With Advanced and/or Refractory Solid Tumor Malignancies

This study is testing a new experimental treatment, GV20-0251, for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. The goal is to see how safe this treatment is and how well it helps the immune system fight cancer, either on its own or alongside an existing medicine called Pembrolizumab.

This trial is for adults aged 18 and older who have solid tumors (like lung, skin, or head and neck cancer) that are growing or spreading despite previous treatments. To participate, you must be in a condition where standard treatments haven't worked, aren't an option, or were too difficult to tolerate.

You will receive the experimental drug, either alone or in combination with Pembrolizumab, through a process monitored closely by a medical team. During the study, you will undergo regular medical check-ups and imaging scans to see how your body and your cancer are reacting to the treatment.
