Clinical Trial of CD40L-augmented Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (CD40L TIL) for Patients With Oncogene-Driven Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
This study is testing a new way to help your immune system fight advanced lung cancer that has a specific genetic change. By growing your own immune cells in a lab and returning them to your body, researchers hope to find a more effective way to stop the cancer from growing.
This trial is for adults (18+) with advanced lung cancer that has spread or returned despite previous treatments. Participants must have specific genetic markers like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, or HER2 and be generally active enough to handle the treatment.
You will receive chemotherapy to prepare your body, followed by an infusion of your own immune cells that have been boosted in a lab, plus an immune-boosting medication called nivolumab. You will be closely monitored by a team of experts throughout the process to ensure your safety.
